Let's Get Cooking run a large number of training events throughout England and employ freelance staff to help with these. Whether you are a qualified teacher, a chef, a grandad, a mum or just love cooking we’d like to hear from you if:

You are hardworking and still cheerful after getting out of bed at 5am!

Working at Let's Get Cooking events involves working closely with Let’s Get Cooking staff and supporting them to deliver training. Tasks include setting up and clearing away, preparing resources, washing up, shopping for ingredients and teaching children and adults who attend events.

We also need a bank of suitably qualified and experienced freelance staff who can run training events for adults and children. Work can include locating and booking venues, completing health and safety risk assessments, organising ingredients and equipment and managing the overall running of particular events and courses (including managing other staff). Freelance staff working in this role need excellent presentation and teaching skills and current knowledge of food safety and hygiene. Some courses require a trainer with significant experience of teaching about food and cooking.
