For all of these activities you will need to carry out a risk assessment and plan each event carefully.
We have provided brief Demonstrator Notes for each recipe but you will need to consult your school’s Health and Safety Officer. If you are planning to make or sell food at a community or school event, you will need to contact your local Environmental Health Department for advice.
