Do you work for a company that might be interested in supporting Let's Get Cooking?
There are many opportunities for businesses to support Let’s Get Cooking clubs, through volunteering, sponsorship or donations in kind.
Volunteering. Your employees may wish to volunteer to help local Let’s Get Cooking clubs on a regular or occasional basis.
They could volunteer as Club Demonstrators, showing club members how to make a wide range of recipes. Demonstrators will receive two days training and a range of resources.
Most clubs will need casual support, either on a rota basis or at occasional events, from shopping for ingredients to assisting at events. If you are interested in volunteering, please register your interest.
Donations in kind. Let’s Get Cooking clubs need support, on a local and national basis. Your company may wish to help clubs continue their hard work by donating:
Venues for training or regional events, or simply allowing a local club or clubs use your kitchens.
Cooking equipment. New clubs receive some funding for cookery equipment, but this is just to help get them started. Any cooking equipment, from blenders to spoons, would be gratefully received by Let’s Get Cooking clubs.
Other equipment. All clubs need resources, from cupboards to IT, and paper to photocopy recipes on! If you can help, please get in touch.
Funding. There are a range of sponsorship opportunities, from supporting local clubs to becoming one of our headline sponsors.
We are working with Business in the Community to help companies support Let’s Get Cooking clubs. Please register your interest and we’ll be in touch.
