Hooe Primary's Bonfire Feast

Members of the Let’s Get Cooking club at Hooe Primary in Plymouth had great fun at a special Bonfire Night themed club session.

Club members made 'scary' pizza faces, heaping pizza bases full of delicious veggies (they used ready made frozen mini pizza bases to save time).

Whilst the pizzas were cooking, club members had a go at apple bobbing then ate their pizzas around a 'camp fire' made from logs they had collected from the school grounds, decorated with tissue paper to look like flames.  The older children prepared the food while the younger ones help make the 'fire'. Everyone had a really good time.
