Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain robust and scalable software solutions across our platform.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define, scope, and deliver features.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring our systems are performant, reliable, and secure.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in our engineering processes, tools, and technologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, applying relevant advancements to our stack.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or C#.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design.
- Demonstrated expertise in data structures, algorithms, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and devise effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
