Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and highly available software systems and applications.
- Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver high-quality features.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and consistency.
- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of production issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions, helping to evolve our technical roadmap and infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development processes and product capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, and software design patterns.
- Proven experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for building high-quality software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
