Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient AI/ML infrastructure and services using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Architect and implement robust data pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring data quality and efficient processing.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, product managers, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize system performance, reliability, and security of critical AI/ML components.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance our platform capabilities and development workflows.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems and troubleshoot complex issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on distributed systems or AI/ML infrastructure.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and database systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable production systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
